Banana Mango Flaxseed Smoothie

Here’s a tasty and healthy little breakfast smoothie I like to blend up when I have mangoes at home. This recipe makes 1 large smoothie, or 2 small smoothies.

Banana Mango Flaxseed Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp orange sorbet
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • (optional: 1/2 cup pineapple juice, or 1/4 cup each chopped pineapple and pineapple juice)

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender, serve, and enjoy! šŸ™‚
